Typhoon Wipha hits Japan
Typhoon Wipha caused landslides and flooding on Izu Oshima island, south of Tokyo.
In Tokyo, 400 domestic and international flights were cancelled, bullet train services suspended and schools closed. Temporarily there was a power cut.
Due to this situation, please be advised that some delays in mail delivery are expected.
