Severe Weather Conditions in US and Strike of Air Traffic Controllers in Europe

An unusual cold spell with snow and freezing rain has hit the Southeaster United States on Tuesday. Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Alabama are facing disturbs in public life.

It’s still even colder on the East Coast and in the Midwest. In Chicago, Illinois, perceived temperatures reached minus 34 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. In Wisconsin and Minnesota, citizens were asked not to drive car or to travel.

Also, according to the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL),an strike action will take place between 29th and 30th of January in the following countries:

– United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, Greece and Slovenia.
